Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- can whole kernel corn, about drained - 1 oz
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- crushed Ritz crackers
How to make broccoli-corn casserole:
Thaw and drain broccoli. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon margarine. Combine corns, broccoli, onion and mustard. Place in greased casserole dish. Combine cracker crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Broccoli.
