American goulash
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted margarine - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- 2 can tomatoes
- grated American cheese - 1/2 c
How to make american goulash:
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain well. Brown meat, onion and pepper. Add cooked and drained macaroni, seasonings, tomatoes and tomato soup. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Mix crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle over top. Grate cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
