Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- onion - 1 c
- carrots - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- potatoes - 1 c
- broccoli - 2 c
- green pepper - 1/2 c
- can chicken broth - 1 1/2
- flour - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 16 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Dice all vegetables. I put through my food processor. Add all vegetables to the can of chicken broth. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Mix milk with flour slowly.
