- half and half - 2 c
- milk - 1 1
- flour - 4 tsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- chicken broth - 2 c
- carrots - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- celery - 1/2 c
How to make cheese soup:
Mix half and half, milk and cheese; heat until cheese melts. Stir-fry onions, celery and carrots in butter; then add flour and broth.Mix cheese mixture and stir-fry together; thicken with cornstarch, if needed.
