Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- can chicken broth optional - 1 item
- cans soup cans milk - 2 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onion and oleo. Cut cheese into small pieces. Combine all ingredients. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Beat with wire whip until all cheese is melted.Note: Be sure to use a low flame.
