- pkg - 20 oz
- milk - 6 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 6 c
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- Velveeta - 2 lb
How to make broccoli-cheese soup:
Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes; boil until cubes dissolve. Gradually add noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in frozen chopped broccoli, salt and garlic salt.
