  • pkg - 20 oz
  • milk - 6 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 6 c
  • cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
  • Velveeta - 2 lb

How to make broccoli-cheese soup:

Saute onion in oil for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes; boil until cubes dissolve. Gradually add noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Stir in frozen chopped broccoli, salt and garlic salt. Cook 4 minutes, then add the milk and cheese. Add pepper as desired. Cook until the cheese melts.
