Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- fresh broccoli
- cornstarch mixed with 1 c - 1/2 c
- pint half-and-half - 1 item
How to make broccoli-cheese soup:
Steam broccoli until tender and chop. Place half-and-half and water in top of double boiler. Add cheese, salt, and pepper. Heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli.
