Lasagna roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1 c
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 8 item
- large garlic cloves - 2 item
- shredded part-skim Mozzarella - 1 c
- frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained - 1 (10
- fat-free Ricotta - 1 c
How to make lasagna roll-ups:
Cook noodles as directed. Lay flat and cool. Cook the olive oil and garlic cloves until golden brown. Mix the garlic and oil with the spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan, salt and Mozzarella. Mix together. Place the mixture on the noodles and roll each noodle up individually. Place in a baking pan. Cover with sauce and cook for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
