Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- grated Colby or Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onions in butter. Add flour, salt and pepper to butter. Stir until bubbly. Add milk gradually to dissolve flour mixture. Separately cook broccoli in chicken bouillon seasoned water. Blend this mixture with cheese mixture. Delicious!Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
