- pkg - 2 oz
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- cans chicken broth - 3 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Simmer broccoli in chicken broth for 15 minutes. Melt butter in pan and saut?© onion; add flour to onion. Stir well. Add milk gradually and stir until thick.
