- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
How to make german cheesecake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 eggs2 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. milk1 c. sugar To crust, add ice water, if needed (to moisten), to form dough. Roll out to fit a 10-inch pie plate or 10-inch cheesecake pan.For filling, put all ingredients in blender. Blend until liquified. Pour in pie plate or pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350° (no longer).
