- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- carrots, grated - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make broccoli and cheese soup:
Combine vegetables in saucepan and cook until nearly done. Melt butter in medium saucepan; stir in flour until smooth. Add milk; stir constantly. When mixture becomes thick, add cheese (cubed) and stir until melted. Add vegetables and pepper to taste, mixing well. Heat thoroughly.
