Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 18 oz
- butter - 2 lb
- flour plus 2 Tbsp - 2 c
- cooked apricots - 1 item
- mincemeat if desired - 1 item
How to make empanadas:
Mix and make into golf ball size balls. Flour baking board and roll out balls. Put in apricots cooked with a little sugar or mincemeat. Fold. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
