Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- chicken broth
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/4 c
- finely chopped carrots - 1 c
- dash of paprika and pepper - 1 item
- coarsely chopped broccoli
- jalapeno pepper seasoning as desired - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
In medium saucepan, combine vegetables and chicken broth. Cook vegetables until tender, about 15 minutes. Combine milk, flour and seasonings and stir into the chicken broth mixture.
