Beef teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- dry sherry - 1 Tbsp
- cooked rice optional - 1 item
- beef round, cut in strips - 1 lb
How to make beef teriyaki:
In small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger and garlic powder. Stir in meat and let marinate for 10 minutes. Broil 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes each side or until done as desired. Serve on rice. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
