  • salt - 1 item
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • medium tomatoes - 3 item
  • lemon - 1 item
  • green onions - 1 c
  • radishes - 1 c
  • avocados - 3 item
  • cilantro - 1 c
  • head romaine lettuce - 1 item
  • beef roast - 1 lb
  • boiled potatoes - 2 item
  • green and black olives - 1/2 c
  • to 4 peppers - 3 item

How to make salpicon:

Cook meat with spices and 3 cups of water for about 2 to 3 hours or until tender; let meat cool. Cut up in small pieces. Cut up remaining vegetables except lettuce and peppers. Lay lettuce on bottom of bowl.

Mix meat with vegetables. Fold in oil and lemon juice. Spoon on meat and vegetables mixture. Top with peppers and olives.
