Ingredients/Components
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1/4 lb
- Ritz crackers - 12 item
- broccoli 10 oz - 2 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. Melt cheese with 2 tablespoons butter. Mix with broccoli. Place in a greased baking dish. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Velveeta cheese is good. Use Pam to spray the baking dish.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
