Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- fresh mushrooms, medium size works best - 1/2 lb
How to make grilled mushrooms:
Thread mushrooms on skewers. Combine butter, dill and garlic salt. Brush over mushrooms. Grill over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes, basting and turning every 5 minutes. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Mushroom.
