- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 3 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- ground sausage, browned - 1 lb
- slices day-old bread, crushed - 2 item
How to make breakfast sausage and egg casserole:
Brown, drain and rinse sausage. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 11 x 7 x 2-inch casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Main dish.
