Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- Melt margarine
How to make icebox cookies:
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers. Melt margarine. Beat eggs, milk and sugar. Mix with butter and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add nuts, coconut and graham cracker crumbs. Spread over graham crackers. Top with crackers. Chill for 2 hours.Icing:3/4 stick margarine2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. milk Top with icing and cut into squares.
