Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- onion, chopped - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 6 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- slices day old bread, crushed - 2 item
- sausage can be turkey sausage - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast sausage and egg casserole:
Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into an 11 x 7-inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Main dish.
