Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slices day-old bread - 2 item
- sausage, cooked, scrambled and drained - 1 lb
How to make breakfast quiche:
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, add salt to taste, Tabasco sauce to taste, oregano and 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Put in 9 x 11 glass dish and cook until firm (about 30 to 40 minutes) at 350°. Do not grease pan.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
