Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 16 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- Eggs - 10 item
- Salt & Pepper to taste - 1 item
- Bulk Sausage the kind in a "roll" browned till done - 1/2 lb
- Ham, cubed - 1/2 lb
- green onions white tops only finely chopped - 5 item
- Deep Dish pie crusts
How to make breakfast quiche:
In a big bowl, whip your eggs, then add all but 1/4 cup of the cheese. Pour into the Pie Crusts. Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour. Top with remaining Cheese and bake another 15-20 min. Let it cool for 1/2 hour. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
