Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 6 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- whole oregano - 3/4 tsp
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage until browned; drain. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles, with elongated points toward center, in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes on lower oven rack. Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350° on lower oven rack for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
