Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dried whole oregano - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- picante sauce - 1/4 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- green and red pepper optional - 1 item
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage; crumble and set aside. Separate dinner rolls and arrange in oblong pan; press sides together to form crust. Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Crust will be puffy. Reduce oven temperature to 350°. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheese.Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350° on lower oven rack for 35 minutes. Garnish with green and red pepper, if desired.
