Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- or 4 oz - 1 c
- frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
- pork sausage bulk - 1 lb
- refrigerated crescent rolls 8 count - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast pizza:
In a large skillet, cook sausage until brown; drain excess fat. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place in a greased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese.In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour onto crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
