Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 5 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
  • bulk pork sausage, crumbled - 1 lb

How to make breakfast pizza:

Cook sausage until browned; drain. Set aside. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Arrange on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust, sealing perforations completely. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese.

In mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
