Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 5 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • pork sausage - 1 lb
  • fresh oregano - 1 item
  • whole pimentos - 1 item
  • thawed hash brown potatoes - 1 c

How to make breakfast pizza:

Cook sausage in a medium skillet until browned; drain. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Garnish with pimento and fresh oregano, if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
