Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage in a medium skillet until browned; drain and set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust, seal perforations; sprinkle with hash brown potatoes, Cheddar cheese and sausage. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh oregano if desired.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
