Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 lb
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 5 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c

How to make breakfast pizza:

Cook sausage in skillet until brown; drain. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
