Ingredients/Components
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- pkg - 1 oz
- frozen loosened hash browns, thawed - 1 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
How to make breakfast pizza:
In skillet, cook sausage until browned (drain). Set aside. Separate dough in 8 triangles arranged on ungreased 12-inch pan. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over filling. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Pizza should have sides so it won't run.
