Ingredients/Components

  • bulk sausage - 1 lb
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • frozen loosened hash browns, thawed - 1 c
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp

How to make breakfast pizza:

In skillet, cook sausage until browned (drain). Set aside. Separate dough in 8 triangles arranged on ungreased 12-inch pan. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper. Pour over filling. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Pizza should have sides so it won't run. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
