Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- grated carrots - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- apple, peeled, cored and grated - 1 item
How to make breakfast muffins:
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and coconut. Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes in greased or paper lined muffin pans.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
