Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- corn meal - 1/2 c
- regular oats uncooked - 1/2 c
- shredded wheat bran cereal - 2 c
How to make breakfast muffins:
Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix bran, oats and corn meal together; stir in egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Serve warm or split and toast.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
