Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour
  • corn meal - 1/2 c
  • regular oats uncooked - 1/2 c
  • shredded wheat bran cereal - 2 c

How to make breakfast muffins:

Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Mix bran, oats and corn meal together; stir in egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into greased muffin pans, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Serve warm or split and toast.
