- eggs - 6 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread - 6 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Fry sausage; drain grease. Line baking dish with bread; pour sausage over bread. In separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt; pour over sausage. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight.Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
