- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slices bread - 2 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make make-ahead breakfast casserole:
Crumble sausage, cook until brown and drain well. Spread bread pieces in buttered dish (break bread in pieces); top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; beat well and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
