Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • brown sugar, packed - 1 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • quick oats - 3 c
  • milk for eating - 1 item

How to make amish baked oatmeal:

Combine the first 10 ingredients in mixing bowl and spoon into a well-greased 9-inch square dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. May want to cover with foil while baking. Serve warm.
