Amish baked oatmeal
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- quick oats - 3 c
- milk for eating - 1 item
How to make amish baked oatmeal:
Combine the first 10 ingredients in mixing bowl and spoon into a well-greased 9-inch square dish. Bake at 325° to 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. May want to cover with foil while baking. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Granola and porridge, Amish/mennonite.
