Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients and place in well-greased 6-cup casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes. Serve hot. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.Note: Ingredients may be assembled in greased casserole, covered and refrigerated overnight. In morning, remove from refrigerator and bake as directed.
