egg, beaten - 1 item
egg yolk - 1 item
c milk - 3/4 item
c mayonnaise - 1/4 item
c parmesan cheese - 1/4 item
lb pork sausage - 1 item
c onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
Tbsp water - 1 item
Tbsp chopped parsley - 2 item
c shredded swiss cheese - 1/2 item
tsp Tabasco Sauce - 1/4 item
c buttermilk baking mix - 1 item

How to make sausage squares:

Brown sausage and onion in skillet, stirring until sausage is crumbly, drain will. Add cheeses, parsley, 1 egg and tabasco sauce. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine baking mix, mayonnaise and milk, mix well. Spoon 1/2 of the batter into greased 9 x 9 baking pan. Layer sausage mixture and remaining batter on top. Mix 1 egg yolk and water in a small bowl, drizzle over batter with back of spoon. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 400° or until top is brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
