Breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 8 item
- milk - 2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 10 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- sausage, browned - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Put half of the bread and half of the cheese in a greased 9 x 13 greased dish. Add sausage that has been browned and drained well. Add rest of bread and cheese. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper together. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, covered with foil.
