Ingredients/Components

  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 C
  • crushed corn flakes - 3/4 C
  • parmesan cheese - 3/4 C
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 8 item
  • envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix - 1 item

How to make breaded ranch chicken:

In a shallow pan, combine corn flakes, dressing mix and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in corn flake mixture to coat.

Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
