  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • whipping cream - 1 pt
  • creme de cacao
  • large marshmallows - 28 item
  • brandy
  • Keebler - 36 pecan
  • orange/lemon rind - 1/4 tsp

How to make brandy alexander pie:

Filling:1/2 c. milk1 1/2 oz. brandy1 1/2 oz. creme de cacao28 large marshmallows1 pt. whipping cream1 tsp. nutmeg1 tsp. cinnamon For Crust: Blend together all ingredients. Push into pie shell.

For Filling: Heat together milk and marshmallows until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and add liqueurs. Whip the cream until quite stiff and add with nutmeg and cinnamon to marshmallow mixture. Pour into shell; garnish with shaved chocolate. Freeze. Remove from freezer shortly before serving. Do not let thaw.
