cinnamon - 1 tsp
eggs - 2 item
pkg - 1 oz
milk - 1/4 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 2 c
brown sugar
butter - 1/2 c
nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
cloves - 1/2 tsp
seedless raisins - 1 c
chopped apples
walnuts - 1 c

How to make apple scotch cookies:

Crem together brown sugar and butter. Add eggs and milk; beat well. Mix and sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices; stir into creamed mixture. Stir in apples, walnuts, raisins and butterscotch pieces.

Drop by tablespoons on well-greased baking sheets. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from baking sheets immediately; cool on racks. Makes about 4 dozen.
