Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- baking soda - 5 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
How to make bran muffins:
Mix all together; fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.This batter can be kept in refrigerator for up to 5 weeks. Bake as needed.
