Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 2 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 6 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1/4 c
- chocolate - 1 sq
- box sifted powdered sugar - 1 item
- Add rest of ingredients
- Spread over bar mixture
How to make rocky road fudge bars:
In saucepan, melt butter and chocolate. Add rest of ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.Filling:6 oz. softened cream cheese1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. butter, softened1 egg1/4 c. nuts2 Tbsp. flour1/4 tsp. vanilla6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips Beat first 7 ingredients with mixer in bowl. Spread over bar mixture. Sprinkle chocolate chips over last mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven.Frosting:2 c. miniature marshmallows1/4 c. butter2 oz. cream cheese1 sq. chocolate1/4 c. milk1 box sifted powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Sprinkle miniature marshmallows over top of warm mixture. Bake 2 more minutes.In another saucepan, warm and melt butter, cream cheese, chocolate and milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over warm marshmallows, mixing slightly. Cool. Cut into bars.
