Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded lettuce - 1 item
  • tortilla chips - 1 item
  • fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded cheese - 1 item
  • guacamole - 1 item
  • diced tomatoes - 1 item
  • ground beef, cooked and drained - 1 item
  • diced green onions - 1 item
  • drained white horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • snipped fresh dill - 3 Tbsp
  • , head, tail, skin and bones removed - 1 whole
  • light cream cheese Neufchatel, at room temperature - 8 oz
  • snipped fresh dill for garnish - 1 item

How to make nachos:

Break trout into small pieces. For a smooth spread, put trout, cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, horseradish and salt in food processor and turn on/off several times. For a chunkier spread, mix ingredients in a bowl until just blended. Cover the bowl and refrigerate spread at least 2 hours until firm. Sprinkle with dill before serving.
