Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- guacamole - 1 item
- diced tomatoes - 1 item
- ground beef, cooked and drained - 1 item
- diced green onions - 1 item
- drained white horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- snipped fresh dill - 3 Tbsp
- , head, tail, skin and bones removed - 1 whole
- light cream cheese Neufchatel, at room temperature - 8 oz
- snipped fresh dill for garnish - 1 item
How to make nachos:
Break trout into small pieces. For a smooth spread, put trout, cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, horseradish and salt in food processor and turn on/off several times. For a chunkier spread, mix ingredients in a bowl until just blended. Cover the bowl and refrigerate spread at least 2 hours until firm.
