Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- shortening or butter - 1/4 c
How to make biscuits:
Sift all dry ingredients together; cut in shortening or butter until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Add milk and mix briefly or until dry ingredients are moistened.
