Mexican cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- yellow corn meal - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- pods jalapeno peppers - 3 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- can whole corn - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1/2 c
- shrimp - 1 lb
- crab claw meat - 1 lb
How to make mexican cornbread:
Saute shrimp, crab meat and butter in saucepan. Mix milk, cheese, peppers and onion in blender. Mix corn meal, salt, baking powder, corn and eggs in large mixing bowl. Add cheese mixture.
