Beer bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1 item
- Bisquick - 3 c
- can regular beer room temperature, do not use lite beer - 1 item
How to make beer bread:
Mix together, making a runny dough. Place in well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and baste with melted butter. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Do not overbrown.Note: If preferred, bake in paper-lined muffin tins. Makes 12 muffins.
