Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla
• milk - 2 c
• butter or margarine - 1/4 c
• flaked coconut - 1 c
• Bisquick - 1/2 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
